Last January, SSI Daechi hosted a warm and welcoming orientation to help new students begin their exciting journey. The session was designed to introduce students to SSI Daechi’s learning environment and support them as  they prepare for the next phase of their academic journey.

The orientation was led by SSI Daechi counselor Ms. Remi, who greeted the students with a friendly introduction and helped them feel comfortable from the very beginning. She introduced the counseling team and explained the overall academic schedule, giving students a clear understanding of what to expect throughout the year.

Ms. Remi also introduced the wide range of activities available at SSI Daechi, including programs in science, sports, and other special-interest areas. As students listened, their excitement grew as they imagined which activities they might like to explore and participate in.

Next, SSI Daechi’s administrative officer, Mr. Jay, guided students through the five online platforms used at SSI. Students had hands-on time to log in and try each platform for themselves. With the support of Ms. Remi and Mr. Jay, each student received individual assistance, navigating the systems with ease and confidence.

Overall, the orientation provided a valuable opportunity for students to become familiar with SSI Daechi’s LMS tools, programs, and learn about the SSI Daechi community. By the end of the session, students felt well-prepared and excited to begin their learning journey at SSI  Daechi.
